I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee last week and my family has bought a Lexus from him. I love my Jeep and my family has enjoyed the Lexus. Mr. Holland is very upfront and honest. He doesn't badger you for a sell because he knows his vehicles are of quality and sell themselves. He gave me a great deal on my Jeep and I am very thankful! Because of other positive reviews, I decided to drive 30 minutes to look at a vehicle I saw on their website. When I arrived the man (I'm assuming it was the owner) was on the phone and before I walked in the door he put a finger up telling me to hold on. It was lunchtime and he was the only one there so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I walked in and sat down for a few minutes. After being ignored, I made a phone call so it wouldn't be awkward. I stepped outside to take a look at the car I was interested in. After waiting about 15 min, I went back inside and asked if there was a better time for me to come and he just handed me the key and told me to go look at it. I told him I had questions but he was occupied with his phone call. I looked at the car for about 5 min and went back in to tell him I was leaving because he was more concerned with the phone call than a potential customer and he told me I didn't have an appointment. A younger man who also works there pulled up and I asked if I needed an appointment to look at a car and he said no. The man got off the phone (I honestly think he was faking the phone call), came out and started being very rude to me. He said he didn't have to get off of the phone because I didn't have an appointment and that I shouldn't be asking his window washer any questions. I truly believe that if I were not a black woman I would have been treated better by this establishment.
Mr. Holland and his staff are absolutely wonderful, honest, and so helpful. I was in a car wreck, and they helped me to get a new car super quickly, and at an unbeatable price. I have gotten two cars from Holland Family Auto, and they have ran super well, looked brand new, and were bought at the most amazing prices! I would highly suggest purchasing from Mr. Holland, who is an incredible, honest, and kindhearted man of God!
I found the exact vehicle I’d been looking for for the last 6 years. I used to own a 2005 Mini Cooper convertible (blue), and have regretted selling it ever since. Jack had my old car’s twin on the lot, only it was the supercharged model! I made the trip from Ottumwa, Iowa to Alabama. The car was better than described over the phone. All said and done, I got a great deal on a great car and would recommend Holland family auto to anyone! A blown trailer tire, broken tail light on the trailer and a 26 hour drive later, my Mini is in the garage! Thanks Jack!
If I could give Mr. Holland more than 5 stars, I most definitely would. He's one of the most humble people I have ever known. He has great cars and they are completely flawless. Great prices with even better payments. He has always been willing to work with us despite us going through financial struggles. We will definitely be getting our next car from him and we will always recommend him to everyone we know.
